1. Aceptacion del servicio

Al registrarte, contratar, activar un pago o usar StayDevice aceptas estos terminos. Si actuas en nombre de una empresa o negocio de alojamiento, declaras que tienes autorizacion para obligar a esa entidad frente a este acuerdo.

2. Descripcion de StayDevice

StayDevice ofrece una guia digital bilingue y un asistente conversacional basado en la informacion cargada por el anfitrion para cada propiedad. El servicio se licencia para su uso durante una suscripcion activa; no se vende como software perpetuo.

3. Cuenta, acceso y datos del anfitrion

Debes proporcionar datos veraces, mantenerlos actualizados y proteger tus credenciales de acceso. Eres responsable de las acciones realizadas desde tu cuenta y de la exactitud de la informacion que publiques para tus huespedes.

4. Oferta comercial y facturacion

La oferta comercial publicada por StayDevice puede incluir un trial de 7 dias y, despues, facturacion recurrente mensual o anual por propiedad. Los precios visibles en el checkout o en el landing son la referencia comercial vigente para nuevas altas o renovaciones futuras.

5. Pasarela de pago y renovaciones

Los pagos pueden procesarse mediante proveedores externos como Lemon Squeezy. Al activar tu suscripcion autorizas los cobros recurrentes aplicables a tu plan y reconoces que la renovacion se ejecuta automaticamente hasta que solicites cancelacion o la suscripcion se marque como terminada.

6. Cancelacion, pausa y suspension

Puedes solicitar cancelacion desde tu cuenta o por los canales de soporte disponibles. La cancelacion evita renovaciones futuras y mantiene el acceso hasta el final del periodo ya pagado. En algunos casos puede existir una pausa temporal, pero esta depende del estado de la suscripcion y de la configuracion disponible en la plataforma.

7. Contenido del anfitrion y uso permitido

Eres responsable de contar con derechos sobre el contenido, textos, imagenes, instrucciones y datos que cargues en StayDevice. No puedes usar el servicio para actividades ilicitas, enganosas, discriminatorias, spam o para instrucciones de emergencia que requieran atencion humana inmediata.

8. IA y limitaciones funcionales

El chatbot responde usando la informacion disponible en la propiedad y puede presentar limites tecnicos o de contexto. StayDevice no garantiza que cada respuesta sea perfecta, continua o adecuada para escenarios medicos, legales, financieros, de seguridad critica o emergencias.

9. Disponibilidad, cambios y mantenimiento

Podemos actualizar funciones, interfaces, integraciones, precios o componentes del servicio para mantenerlo operativo o mejorarlo. Tambien podemos interrumpir temporalmente el servicio por mantenimiento, incidencias, seguridad o fuerza mayor.

10. Propiedad intelectual y limite de responsabilidad

StayDevice conserva todos los derechos sobre la plataforma, el software, la marca y los materiales propios. En la maxima medida permitida por la ley, StayDevice no sera responsable por danos indirectos, lucro cesante, perdida de datos o interrupciones derivadas del uso o imposibilidad de uso del servicio.

By registering, purchasing, activating payment, or using StayDevice, you agree to these terms. If you act on behalf of a company or accommodation business, you confirm that you have authority to bind that entity to this agreement.

2. Description of StayDevice

StayDevice provides a bilingual digital guide and a conversational assistant based on the information uploaded by the host for each property. The service is licensed for use during an active subscription; it is not sold as perpetual software.

3. Account, access, and host data

You must provide accurate information, keep it updated, and protect your login credentials. You are responsible for actions taken through your account and for the accuracy of the information you publish for your guests.

4. Commercial offer and billing

The commercial offer published by StayDevice may include a 7-day trial and, after that, recurring monthly or annual billing per property. The prices shown in checkout or on the landing page are the current commercial reference for new purchases or future renewals.

5. Payment processor and renewals

Payments may be processed through third-party providers such as Lemon Squeezy. By activating your subscription, you authorize the recurring charges applicable to your plan and acknowledge that renewal runs automatically until you request cancellation or the subscription is otherwise terminated.

6. Cancellation, pause, and suspension

You may request cancellation from your account or through available support channels. Cancellation prevents future renewals and keeps access active until the end of the period already paid. In some cases, a temporary pause may be available, but that depends on subscription status and the controls available in the platform.

7. Host content and permitted use

You are responsible for having rights to the content, text, images, instructions, and data you upload to StayDevice. You may not use the service for unlawful, misleading, discriminatory, spam, or emergency communications that require immediate human intervention.

8. AI and functional limitations

The chatbot answers using the information available in the property and may have technical or contextual limits. StayDevice does not guarantee that every response will be perfect, continuous, or suitable for medical, legal, financial, safety-critical, or emergency scenarios.

9. Availability, changes, and maintenance

We may update features, interfaces, integrations, pricing, or service components to keep the product operational or improve it. We may also temporarily interrupt the service for maintenance, incidents, security reasons, or force majeure.

10. Intellectual property and limitation of liability

StayDevice keeps all rights to the platform, software, brand, and proprietary materials. To the maximum extent allowed by law, StayDevice will not be liable for indirect damages, lost profits, data loss, or interruptions arising from the use of or inability to use the service.
